â?? WHAT YOU WILL DO â? Strategic Finance:
Supervise the development and execution of financial strategies to maximize value creation through a variety of tools, including (re)financing of existing debt, exploring dilutive and non-dilutive financing options, and leveraging financial engineering as a strong value creation lever.
â? M&A and Financing:
Lead M&A activities from both buyer and seller perspectives, manage due diligence through integration, and maintain relationships with financial institutions for optimal debt structuring.
â? Financial Reporting:
Guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually); oversee external audits and enhance reporting processes for efficiency and precision.
â? Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow forecasting and management; optimize cash collections to maintain excellence in cash management standards.
â? Financial Modeling and Analysis:
Develop sophisticated financial models to support decision-making, simulate scenarios, and guide business strategy.
â? Leadership:
Build and lead a finance team capable of high performance; set high standards and promote professional development.
â? Business Acumen:
Actively contribute to the executive committee by supporting other departments with ad-hoc studies and advice on various business topics, and participate actively in business discussions.
â?? WHO YOU ARE You will be a good fit to join the Finance team at Adikteev if you have:
Avery strong understanding of corporate finance, Excellent financial modelling skills (experience in building operating -models, LBO models, cashflow modelling), Excellent presentation skills (building decks, storytelling), Project management skills (auditors, lawyers) An excellent command of English and French â??
